Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at carol@jewellerypunch.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at carol@jewellerypunch.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
